The lighthouse of Chipiona, province of Cádiz, Andalusia, inaugurated in 1869 to help ships enter the estuary of the Guadalquivir, the only great navigable river in Spain. At 62 metres (203 ft), it is the tallest lighthouse in Spain and one of the tallest in the world.
